Strength & Conditioning Training
A session will start with a typical warm-up and good stretch. We will assess the clients personal needs and goals, and train them accordingly with consistency and challenges to help move the client forward in their progression to get better and reach their goals. We have a variety of training equipment and scenarios to provide the best service possible. Vertimax Resistance training, speed and agility ladders, box jumps, and hurdle's are all used and available during workouts.
